Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Superior Ice Breakers

$250 deposit is non-refundable to cover ordering personalized gear.

Munising Hockey Association

Refund requests will be reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis. Approval of any refund is at the discretion of the Board and will be determined based on the specific circumstances of each request.

18U BB Munising Hockey

There is no charge for this registration

18U Team Interest

There is No charge & No commitment. This is only to collect interested players names to gauge potential to create a team.

Superior Bay 12U Girls Ice Jam

Teams that withdraw 30 or more days prior to the tournament start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee. Withdrawals 15–29 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the tournament start date unless a replacement team is secured at the discretion of the Tournament Director. No-shows will forfeit all games and are not eligible for refunds. If the tournament is canceled by the host due to unforeseen circumstances, teams will receive either a full refund or the option to apply their entry fee to a future tournament. Once the tournament has begun, no refunds will be issued for games missed due to weather, travel, or other factors beyond the host’s control. All approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 days following written cancellation notice. For full details, please refer to our official Tournament Rules.
